We will respond within 1 hour and work out a solution within 4 hours after receiving the repair requesting notice of users; generally, we will get to the site within 24 hours for Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and 48 hours for other places of the nation except certain remote areas. The after-sale service of the company is directly handled by the headquarter that is in charge of unified deployment and command and serves all across China. We will provide free maintenance during the warranty period, and offer active maintenance support and timely trouble shooting after the warranty period with reasonable fees collected as the circumstances may require.
